- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design/ Structural Engineering / Mechanical engineering / Electrical / Sanitary engineering.
- Thai National Only, Male/Female with more than 1 year of working experience of construction management.
- Spoken / Written English skill is an advantage.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office or related software required for construction, documents, and reports.
- Required interpersonal skills for coordination, decision, and negotiation.
- Balance of overall process management and attention to detail.
- Able to work on-site at different locations as required.
- Able to work on flexible hours/shifts as required.
- Handle hospitality project to on-site supervision on construction stage and follow brand standards till completion as required project-by-project to operation handover.
- Liaise and coordinate with Contractors, Subcontractors, and external firms on project management.
- Coordinate with Design Team, Pre-Opening Team, and RM Team.
- Oversee on-site safety, environmental impact, design, and technical issues to required construction quality.
- Oversee contractual and legal issues between Kokotel and the parties involved.
- Efficiently handle critical path on project management and accomplishments of procedures to hand over.
- To do supplies/subcontractor requisition needed to complete construction projects.
- To compile scheduled construction and requisition reports to the Construction Manager and HQ.
